Qué (with accent) = what (questions/exclamations). Que (no accent) = that/which/who/than.
Lo que = what / that which: Lo que hablamos = what we talked about.
Sobre = about / on. Necesitar = to need (from necesidad). Necesito = I need.
Hace falta que = it's necessary that (from faltar = to be lacking).
