Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?+
Open the app and tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Motifluent, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account from within the app (Settings > Delete Account). This permanently removes all your data.
What content is available?+
Free users can learn from Motifluent’s own podcast episodes. Pro subscribers can create lessons from any third-party podcast in our catalog.
What does the Pro subscription include?+
Pro ($8.99/month) gives you access to the full podcast catalog with 300 minutes of transcription per month. You can create lessons from any third-party Spanish podcast.
