Que + past subjunctive at the start = "the fact that...": Que lo compraras no es mi problema = The fact that you bought it isn't my problem.
Si + past subjunctive + conditional = hypothetical "if"

Si pudiera cocinar, cocinaría. = If I could cook, I would cook.

Si pudiera cancelarlo, lo cancelaría. = If I could cancel it, I would.
Si me lo hubieras contado... = If you had told me... (past subjunctive of haber for "if you had...")
