Pause the audio and build each sentence yourself before hearing the answer.
These are exercises, not tests. Take your time and build the answer piece by piece.
Think slowly to learn quickly.
20 minutes a day is better than hours crammed on the weekend.
Don't worry about forgetting — it's part of the design. You can always repeat.
Carry your new language in your head, not in a notebook.
Be well rested. The tired mind makes careless mistakes.
